This is a small bakery located about a 7-minute walk from Monzennakacho Station and Kiba Station, near Furuishibagawa Water Park, which makes bread using Ako Naturally Cultured Yeast. .
Speaking of Ako Yeast, I used to use it occasionally when there was a bakery directly managed by Ako Yeast called "Akoan" in Tama City, so I felt nostalgic about it, but I guess it's the smell of yeast and wheat. The cheese-like smell wafting from inside my handbag was so wonderful that my stomach was grumbling over and over again by the time I got home. .
I found it interesting that they had ``oyaki'' (hijiki, dried daikon radish) as a side dish bread, and I thought it was unusual that they had a plate displaying the ingredients next to each bread.
All the breads and Danish pastries were very delicious, but the croissant was especially good. The surface was crispy and crunchy, the inside was moist and chewy, and the buttery scent and sweetness were rich. I liked it!
If I have a chance, this is a bakery that I would definitely like to visit again.
