At Takechiyo, about 1 minute from Oku Station
I had the soy sauce ramen.
A shop often featured on TV etc.

●Soup
The amber soup has a mild soy sauce flavor, but is full of the flavor of shiitake mushrooms, kelp, pork, and light soy sauce. The flavor and umami of the shiitake mushrooms are especially amazing.
It has just the right amount of flavored oil, so it's well-balanced.

●Noodles
The noodles are straight thin noodles with low water content and have a crisp texture.
The amount is 1.5 balls, so it's quite filling.

●Ingredients
Char siu, menma, green onions, and char siu have different fat ratios.
It tastes a lot, but it's not grueling and easy to eat.
Menma has a good texture and a gentle flavor.

It was delicious today too.

A famous ramen shop near Oku Station.
At first glance, it looks like a simple, traditional Chinese soba, but when you put it in your mouth, the aroma of the dashi made from various ingredients spreads throughout your mouth and is delicious.
As the shop seems to be particular about the materials used, they used to have a list of the materials used prominently displayed on the counter. It has disappeared recently, so maybe the material has changed?
Also, I liked the Donkonbu Mizuzaru Chinese food that the previous manager had, but it's a shame that it has disappeared recently.
The interior of the store is clean and well-lit, giving a good impression.
Thank you for the meal.

I've been here about 3 times since the owner changed. From October 1st, we will be open on irregular business hours, closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
For a while, the tip of the menma was gone, but it returned to normal. However, there was no rich, rich donko aroma, and the green onions seemed to get in the way of the soup.
At this point, it's still delicious enough to be worth a visit, but sadly I don't think the super delicious Takechiyo that cost the original price will ever come back.
