One of the best bowls of ramen I have had in a while. It’s a hotate (scallop) shio style with max toppings. Really tasty and very filling.

Decent sized restaurant but the line moves a bit slow. Took over an hour to get my bowl after getting in line a little before 14:00 on a Saturday. Definitely worth the wait though!

Every bowl from this place is absolutely superb. Shio shoyu you just can’t go wrong at this place, from the noodles to the 3 different pieces of meat and the eggs and menma, everything was just on point. the smoky duck oil goes a long way for these bowls. The noodles have something special in them too, i don’t know if it’s crack or something but those noodles are addictive. I visited 15 plus shops in Tokyo during my trip and this was by far my favorite. On a side note they also gave us free dessert. Very nice folks.

Down a quiet street near Tokyo Skytree lies this humble, hole-in-the-wall ramen shop dishing up soul-warming noodles and unmatched hospitality. Although seemingly unassuming, their chicken and scallop broth bowls deliver complex, mouthwatering flavors.

I visited on a pork and chicken broth day and opted for the chicken and scallop soup. Each slurp of the creamy, aromatically spiced broth was incredible, with the tenderness of the chicken and brininess of the scallops shining. The curly noodles had the perfect chew, and the soft-boiled egg and veggies provided nice contrast.

Beyond the food, the sincere chef-owner really made the experience special. In broken English, he enthusiastically explained the ingredients and how to best enjoy the layers of flavors and textures. His passion for the craft of ramen was evident. You could taste the care and dedication in every thoughtful component of the bowl.

For ramen that nourishes body and soul, visit this humble shop. The chef's smile and the way he warmly connected with customers made it my most memorable meal in Tokyo. This is a 5-star ramen experience for the flavors, hospitality, and heart.
