Crispy outside n soft inside, nice takoyaki. Drove around finding food, lucky to meet this shop which sells takoyaki only. First dinner for today, next Kappa sushi for 2nd dinner 😆. (im staying n eating n exploring Japan food and nature, visit instagram @kyotoyipeidream.

The outside is grilled to a crispy texture, and when you eat it, it has a crunchy texture. This is a delicious taste that can only be enjoyed at Takotora, and sometimes I just want to eat it. The slightly sweet sauce also matches very well.
The octopus delicacy also has a Gochijang-like flavor and goes well with alcohol.
Lately, it seems like I have some days off on Tuesdays.
