Only 8 counter seats (that we counted), this is a must reserve. We had our hotel liaise for a reservation. We saw folks walking in being turned away.
The special Chirashi don is only available for lunch on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as we know. Each day this is available there is a limited number of sets. Best to call ahead. Other days are ala carte lunch. If only we had time we would have come back for omakase dinner that comes with 30 dishes.
Sitting at the counter seeing the master work is a privilege in itself.
