I haven't eaten beef tongue for a long time since Bokuden in Nishikoen closed.

Mr. Mon is a disciple of General Bokufu, and with the general's approval, I went to eat beef tongue for the first time in several years.

With the skills inherited from Bokufu and careful work,
While feeling nostalgic about Bokufu
We had delicious.

My personal opinion is that dry-aged beef tongue tastes dramatically better (I don't really like regular beef tongue).

If you're greedy, I think the beef tongue here will stand out even more if you upgrade the grade of the dish. Wouldn't a rough flying plane (kanna) from Ontayaki be good?

I'm going to go eat it again sometime soon.


I've lived in the Zabekuma area for 17 years now, and recently, a friend told me about this restaurant and I made a reservation.

It's expensive, but the moment you eat it, the flavor of the beef tongue spreads in your mouth, and it's delicious.

The sagari was also soft and melted in your mouth, it was delicious ☺️

The homely atmosphere made it easy to have a lively conversation with my companion, and the owner and his wife were careful not to interrupt the conversation, so we had a meaningful time talking to them.

It was a shop that made me wonder why information had not been communicated until now ^_^

I cannot express my gratitude to the general manager and landlady for their accurate understanding of the situation at the time and for their always wonderful hospitality.
You will be amazed by the taste of the tan sagari, which is carefully aged by the chef and served to the perfect degree of grilling.
Also, the behavior of the general at the grill is beautiful.
I am very satisfied with the high quality and reasonable price that I always wonder, ``Is it okay to be offered at this price?''
I haven't been able to go to school as much as I'd like due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I definitely recommend Tanyamon!
