Good and extraordinary amount of food. The restaurant is welcomed for its food amount. We ordered pork liver and karage bowls. Both are quite tasty, and certainly huge amount. Normal people will be good for medium or small size I think. Also recommend ramen+rice since nearly everybody else ordered that one.
Only problem is waiting time is too long. I mean for dishes. Every person has to wait about 20minutes to have his meal, and unfortunately I waited for about 30 minutes. Too long for a fast and daily restaurant in Japan.

Small ramen shop that serves big portions. The lunch set is twice the size of usual Japanese meals, so you can go there when you are hungry. About 8 counter seats plus a little terrace on the side. The chef is jovial and happy, nice with the customer. Prices are low, probably due to the university nearby. The interior of the place is as greasy as a ramen shop should be, with the old radio and other non-cooking items like pieces of paper having obviously received at particular daily attention not to be moved a quarter of an inch for ten or more years, giving them this unique brown color with a black tint. Food is average, which is much better than what you can get for that price elsewhere.

Around 11:40 on Sunday, 2 groups of customers ahead of me. The shop is staffed by the owner and one young person. When I tried to order, I was told that the previous group had not yet ordered, so I would have to go in order. I waited because I felt like they were taking care of each group. The order was served at about 12:10 for a medium (two-go) bowl of rice that cost about 1,450 yen. It's a three-color bowl of spicy stir-fry, sweet roasted pork, and Tenshin rice. I felt that the Tenshin rice part was a bit bland, but I was able to eat it without any particular change in taste. It's true that the inside of the restaurant is a bit oily, but most Chinese restaurants in town are like that, so it didn't bother me too much. Next, I would like to try the regular Tenshin rice, which has been ordered quite a lot.

I ate garlic fried rice a few days ago.
The food at this restaurant is rated 4.5 or 5 stars for students after a workout. Anyway, it's a large portion and it's pretty good, not bad.
On the other hand, if you are a working adult, I think most people would rate it between 2.5 and 3.5 stars.
However, the oil stains on the counter table were not wiped off completely, so it felt sticky, and the objects and figurines nearby were mixed with oil and dust and turned black. The toilet is also kind of dirty. Overall not clean.
The rice wasn't bad, but it wasn't super delicious, but there was a lot of it.
As someone who likes restaurants with large portions, this was the only thing that stuck with me.
