I had the dinner course.
In conclusion, it was the most delicious and wonderful Italian restaurant I've ever eaten, so much so that I lost my vocabulary from the first dish.

After all, Chef Hara's sophisticated performance can be enjoyed from the counter seats. It's amazing.
I was also impressed by the staff's attentiveness, polite customer service, and detailed explanations.

The taste, atmosphere, and service were all excellent.

We had a happy time and were always smiling from beginning to end.

[Shinsen] “TEATROACCA”
An Italian restaurant in Shinsen. The store that was located in Gotokuji Temple was relocated to Shinsen in 2021. It has also been selected for the Tokyo Calendar and Tabelog 100 restaurants.
There are 2 counter seats and 10 table seats. The capacity is wide for this type of restaurant.
There are two types of courses. On this day, we had a 15,000 yen omakase course with wine pairing.
The appetizer was not just tuna and salmon nigiri...but tomatoes, grapes, carrots, and oranges that looked like sushi. At the bottom is buffalo ricotta cheese. The playful first item will capture your heart.
The first pizza is the classic Margherita. Because it is so simple, the techniques such as the dough and baking process shine through. Four pieces of pizza came out between meals.

The main meat is "Tosa red beef". It had the fragrant aroma of firewood and went perfectly with the wine. Of course the meat is delicious, but the risotto underneath is also delicious!

Today's pasta is homemade pasta with tuna cheek meat (tagliolini, casareccia). There is plenty of karasumi sprinkled on top. This might have been my favorite dish of the day. Homemade chewy and chewy pasta with tuna cheek meat, mullet roe, and olive oil. It was my favorite pasta of all time! !

One of the specialties here even when the bears are on vacation.
Everything seemed to be a specialty, and each portion was satisfying to the eye.
The tempo of the food is just right, and the explanations of the dishes are simple.
