Tekka Description
One of the standout menu items at Tekka is their signature dish, the 'Rare Grilled Liver,' which boasts a creamy and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The secret to its exceptional taste lies in the carefully selected ingredients and the expert grilling technique. Another popular choice is the 'Yakitori,' featuring perfectly grilled chicken skewers made from premium Oyama Jidori chicken. These skewers, along with the mouthwatering grilled offal, are cooked over high-quality Kishu Binchotan charcoal, resulting in a smoky and aromatic flavor that is truly irresistible.
In addition to their delectable food offerings, Tekka is also recognized as a 'Kamawa Certified' restaurant, meaning they have mastered the art of pouring the perfect beer. They take great pride in serving 'The Premium Malt's' beer, ensuring that it is poured into specialized glasses and served with precision to enhance its aroma and richness. The result is a creamy and smooth beer with a fine, long-lasting foam that perfectly complements the flavors of their dishes.
With its dedication to using top-quality ingredients, expert grilling techniques, and attention to detail in beer pouring, Tekka offers a dining experience that is both satisfying and memorable. Whether you're a fan of grilled skewers or adventurous enough to try offal dishes, Tekka is the place to indulge in authentic Japanese flavors that will leave you craving for more.

I personally like liver and eat it often, but this is the first time I've had one that is so thick, yet soft, and has no odor. It's quite a hearty bowl, but it's packed with vegetables and iron, so it's a bowl that both men and women would enjoy.
The food is definitely the best, but sometimes the food isn't up to scratch, so you may not be able to enter the restaurant even at 12:00, and the service is minimal, so I think it's best to go when you're lucky if you can eat there.
