An absolutely superb lunchtime experience. Sashimi/nigiri/makizushi course was on point, fresh and elegantly prepared. Tempura batter was feather-light, and the various servings as fresh as can be (the oysters especially were tender). Great selection of namazake and genshu as well. Really a positive dining experience.
