Tenmame (red bean paste) that brings out the flavor of the ingredients!

2 minutes walk from Tsukiji Station,
100 Famous Japanese Sweets and Sweets Shops
Visited “Tenmame”.

There was no one waiting when I arrived after 8:00 on a Saturday.
I was able to enter the store easily.

I bought Tenmame for 580 yen.
Eat-in business is currently suspended, so take-out is available.

Red peas mixed with agar,
There are black beans, white beans, and red bean paste on top.
Start as is, then add brown sugar syrup from Okinawa in the middle.
I'll hang it up.

Homemade agar and beans do not need brown sugar syrup
The ingredients have a strong flavor and are delicious.

Both the bean paste and brown sugar syrup have an elegant taste, and the flavor is perfect for beans and agar.
It's the deliciousness of addition.

It was delicious till the end.

``Tenmame'' has a delicious taste of each ingredient.

This store does not face the main street, but the entrance is at the back of the building. It's a little hard to understand, so be careful.

My wife and I visited on Friday at 12:56. No customers.

On this day, the restaurant was open for take-out only.

Purchased one "Tenmame 580 yen".

Apparently, brown sugar syrup is made from brown sugar from Hateruma Island. Because the taste is strong, we were advised to eat it without adding it at first and to try adding brown sugar syrup later.

Pay the price of 580 yen with PayPay.

When I took it home and ate it right away, I found it to be a wonderful sweet, with each bean ingredient having its own delicious taste.

Thank you for the meal.

Tenmame was selected as one of the 100 famous Japanese sweets stores.
There are about 4 types on the menu, including tenmame, mamekan, and tokoroten. All of them are particular about the materials◎

Purchase Tenmame. Everything is handmade in the store, delicate and delicious! Especially the brown sugar syrup and red beans were really delicious.
The black sugar syrup is rich. The red beans were my favorite because they had a fluffy texture.

Personally, I've never really liked tokoroten, but the tokoroten here had a nice texture and was delicious.

I think people of all ages will like it, so I thought it would be a good souvenir.
