I've been using this restaurant for several years since they are particular about their ingredients and oils, but it's been a while since I've been here.
As usual, I ordered the seasonal omakase course for 8,800 yen.
Is the time okay until now? I'll be happy if you have a flight scheduled. There was some consideration, but not this time.
When I visited the store before, there was an explanation of the production area for each ingredient, but this time I only had the names of the ingredients.
The oyster tempura and Saikyoyaki tempura were burnt and bitter, and the conger eel smelled like the slime had not been removed and was inedible.
The milt tempura I ordered additionally had the batter peeling off from the body and fell into pieces, and even though there was some milt that had fallen off, they didn't change the paper and put the conger eel on top.
It's a shame because in the past my work was very polite and calm and focused on each task.

We had 10 tempura bowls per day. There was a lot of seafood.
I don't know if it's hairtail or Spanish mackerel, but it's fluffy.
The maitake mushrooms were simply delicious.
It also contains a lot of small scallops. It was the best.
The accompanying pickles and miso soup were refreshing and had a nice flavor. I want to come back again because of the delicate and careful seasoning.

Our stores are located in many areas including Marunouchi, Haneda Airport, and overseas!
On that day, I visited during lunch on a weekday, and the wait time was about 30 minutes, and I waited about 20 minutes for the food to come out.
There's only one cook and one person serving the food, and it's a popular restaurant, so it's inevitable. ?
You won't get tired of watching them as they prepare each piece of fresh fish into tempura right in front of you! lol

You can enjoy hijiki, cucumber, radish, and pickled vegetables!
The main jubako is made with a wide variety of ingredients such as shrimp, squid, young corn, maitake mushrooms, salmon roe, salmon roe, lotus root, okra, and mitsuba leaves, making it a masterpiece that allows you to enjoy different flavors and textures. !
The soup stock is also delicious with just a little salt so it doesn't interfere with the taste of the ingredients!
When you make dashi chazuke, the crispy batter becomes softer and the texture changes, making it even more delicious! !
It was a menu that you could enjoy twice! 🤤
