One of our designated restaurant when we are in niseko, as we would prefer to stay within the hotel area during Xmas day or new year’s Eve just to avoid traffic and crowds in Hirafu area……food overall is not bad, service was ok…..but nothing special, is pretty standard 5 star hotel food…..is worth going when you stay in the hotel or when you are within the vicinity and you want to avoid the crowds……..

We were lucky to get two seats at Teppan during our stay in Park Hyatt Niseko. It was highly recommended by Catherine who works in the hotel. It is absolutely without a doubt the best Teppanyaki meal we had in Japan. My husband absolutely loves teppanyaki and we have been to lots of restaurants in Tokyo. What is so amazing about this restaurant is its originality and thought that goes into every dish. Most teppanyaki restaurants has pretty much the same style and format. But in this restaurant a lot of effort is put into each dish. Presentation is beautiful and the flavours are incredible. The combination of various ingredients works extremely well together. I totally understand why reservations is mandatory, the ingredients are all locally sourced and freshly delivered every morning. Thank you Micky and Catherine and Chef Momouchi and the manager for taking care of us, cannot wait to come back soon!

Teppanyaki restaurant located inside the luxury hotel Park Hyatt. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is made with fresh local ingredients. The service is top-notch, but the food isn't that great considering the price. I'm not that particular about it, and I'm not that satisfied.

Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners.
