The best meal I've ever had.
From the beginning we felt welcome.
The service was incredibly professional but charming, calm and very appropriate to the situation that we were in.

The food...
We chose the Ultimate menu, it was her birthday and we wanted something good.

Our expectations were exceeded to an amazing extent. I've eating in Michelin starred restaurant and this place puts them to shame.

A brilliantly conceived menu with pin-point accurate cooking delivered with a calm reassuring ease that raised and enhanced our experience.

Each dish was described and perfectly presented.

We were there at the same time as a Japanese couple that were also celebrating a birthday and they joined us in celebrating a Grand occasion.

I took quite a lot of effort to book this meal and it turned out to be effort well spent.

You only live once and eating here has been for us one of the great events in our life

I kid you not.

Many thanks to the staff and chefs that made this happen for us.

Stumbled across this restaurant last night, our first night in Tokyo Ueno. Spectacular! The food was perfect! Wines were great to match. So well priced compared to Australia.
