Teppanyaki Ittetsu Review Summary

This is my first visit to Japan and the restaurant was an amazing experience. It's very similar to what we know as a Hibachi restaurant but the Wagyu beef was out of this world. The staff was also very caring and considerate. I especially also enjoyed my grape sorbet and the coffee was also delicious. If you want a classy experience and a high customer service experience along with great views and great food..this is it!!

Reservation was easy considering the language barrier.
Showed up on time and my name was found without any issue.
Staff spoke English and was ok with me bringing my 5 year old daughter.
Chef didn't really speak English but was polite.
Food quality was impeccable. Chose the Premium Japanese Black Wagyu beef loin set, medium rare. Meat was juicy and tender paired with garlic slices and soy sauce.
Garlic fried rice could be a tad more flavourful though with more garlic added and beef fats/oil.

Man oh man! Had an amazing business lunch here yesterday. Nice private room with an amazing view.

We had teppanyaki style abalone and wagyu was great. Definitely an exquisite teppanyaki experience.

OMG! The beef was the best I've ever had. I had a small amount but they were so rich and filling unami flavor and natural butter flavors. Soo good.
