Luxurious ingredients are still available.
The abalone was the best I've ever eaten.
The chef is also very good, and I would like to visit him again on our anniversary.

This is a teppanyaki restaurant located at the back of the 1st floor of Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. This time, I applied for Miyabi's Wakasa beef dinner plan through Goto Travel, and the regular price is ``Wakasa beef dinner starting from 15,730 yen.''
If you arrive at your reserved time, a chef will personally accompany you to grill a variety of dishes to your liking. This time's Wakasa beef and scallop dinner was as follows.
□First dish
Conger eel chawanmushi. The conger eel was plump and sweet, and it was a wonderful chawanmushi.
□Assortment of 3 types of hors d'oeuvres
It was a well-balanced appetizer with seared bonito served with anchovies and mustard sauce, pumpkin mousse, and sour ham.
□ Grilled scallops
It was grilled scallops and grilled froccoli with two types of sauce: vegetable sauce and mushroom sauce. Pink pepper is sprinkled on top, giving it a slightly spicy flavor.
□ Grilled vegetables
I received 5 kinds of salt: pumpkin, tomato, eggplant, shiitake mushroom, and spinach.
□Salad
Lettuce and red turnip? It was a salad.
□Wakasa beef
You can bake it any way you like. This time I got it rare and medium rare.
□Rice, pickles, red soup
The rice was changed to garlic rice for an additional charge. This is my first time having garlic rice that feels so light. I'd love to. We also received a small meal.
□Dessert & coffee
It was a milk mousse topped with salted caramel ice cream and served with seasonal fruits (persimmon, melon, raspberry, Kyoho grape, pineapple) and raspberry sauce.
I was already very satisfied and full. I can't remember it, so I'd like a list if possible lol

What is the difference between Teppanyaki and Hibachi?
Teppanyaki and Hibachi are two Japanese cooking styles that involve grilling on a hot iron plate. While often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences. Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners. Hibachi, on the other hand, uses a round, open-grate grill heated by charcoal or gas, imparting a smoky flavor to the food. Discover the nuances and theatrical flair of these two captivating Japanese culinary arts.
