Luxury and delicious starting from the appetizers
The large black abalone is soft and served with butter sauce.
I asked for the Kuroge Wagyu beef to be cooked medium.
The taste of grilling over charcoal was unusual and I enjoyed it.
The charcoal grilled food was very delicious.
The doorman at Hakone Rikyu, a foreigner, is very interesting and fun.

Ordered pairing wine (sparkling, white wine, red wine).
Eat while watching the food being prepared at the counter.
Everything from the appetizers to the charcoal grilled food was delicious.
The earthenware pot rice and dessert were of course delicious, but what came before that was especially delicious.
I was especially impressed by the grilled magnolia leaves, kueh and black truffle bowl, and Ezo abalone with shrimp butter sauce that could be eaten at this price.
I was thinking that if it were in Tokyo, this course would be popular even if it cost 50,000 yen.
The staff at the store were polite, cheerful and friendly, and we had a great time.
My first charcoal-grilled kaiseki meal was a big hit.
I look forward to hearing from you again.

The teppanyaki we enjoyed while talking with the chef was exceptionally delicious.
When I was having trouble because my child was small and was not eating well or eating easily, the assistant manager approached me and provided food that my child could eat.
I was very satisfied with the taste of the food as well as the service.
I wasn't able to take a good photo, but for your reference...

This time, I ordered the charcoal grilled course.
The menu includes appetizers such as striped horse mackerel sashimi, cold steamed junsai egg custard, fried kisses, grilled turban shells, soybean cream soup, main course: charcoal-grilled cutlassfish, charcoal-grilled black hair, Wagyu beef loin, and corn rice pot. dessert.
Charcoal-grilled food is grilled to a perfect degree over a charcoal fire right in front of you. The smoke comes out through the smoke exhaust system above the roasting stand, so you don't have to worry about odors.
Regular Teppanyaki is delicious, but I think you can enjoy this as well.
The griller was right in front of me, so he served me Odawara's wasabi as a condiment, explained the ingredients, and had a fun conversation with me.
There were also courses available that were more reasonably priced than Teppanyaki.

What is the difference between Teppanyaki and Hibachi?
Teppanyaki and Hibachi are two Japanese cooking styles that involve grilling on a hot iron plate. While often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences. Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners. Hibachi, on the other hand, uses a round, open-grate grill heated by charcoal or gas, imparting a smoky flavor to the food. Discover the nuances and theatrical flair of these two captivating Japanese culinary arts.
