My partner and I went out to eat out for the first time in a while, and decided to make a reservation at a restaurant that my partner wanted to go to, so we ended up eating teppanyaki. For a moment, I couldn't tell if it was the name of the restaurant or the address, but the official name is Teppanyaki Omotesando.

The sirloin is perfectly cooked, tender and packed with flavor. The fat is elegant and light.
The grilled vegetables are served with raclette cheese grilled crisply on an iron plate.

The garlic rice is made with a double soy sauce of dashi soy sauce and burnt soy sauce until it becomes candy-like, and when it's finished, it's topped with plenty of sea urchin and roast beef. Sea urchin is super delicious. Warm garlic rice and cold sea urchin go wonderfully together.

It's a quiet place located behind Omotesando station, and the location is good. The chef's direction and staff's response are wonderful, making it a perfect restaurant for anniversaries ♫
