An amazing experience. Brilliant food cook in your presence. The staff are willing to cater for flexibilities from the set menu. Good explanations on what the food/ingredients are and to share how it is prepared. So good that our party returned for another meal!!

Very disappointing to say the least! Visited for NYE 2025 and although the Menu was very nice it was executed very poorly.
There was no atmosphere whatsoever and felt like we were rushed out the door even though we ordered a bottle of wine and spent a $$ bomb here.
Our items were cooked ahead of time and left sitting on the hot plate. There was no care or interest from our Chef and to leave the lobster sitting there limp cool and under cooked was unacceptable.
There was zero festive or New Year feel..NO glass of complimentary Sparkling wine that was mentioned on the Menu for the festive night that we had selected and I had to ask for my water glass to be topped up.
Do not waste your money here. There are so many better options for less $$ that actually cook fresh as Teppanyaki should be and who actually interact with you whilst cooking your meal. I was quite shocked by this experience especially on New Year Eve!! Although they market themselves as a classy establishment!
Teppanyaki cooking ahead of time and rushing your experience, is not classy in any form. The Dessert course was also very poor and the worst one we had on all our Teppanyaki sets whilst in Japan. Avoid this place...

Dishes and beef are good but service is like by part time person who doesn’t know what he is talking about.
Reservation phone person was also poor service. All three guys were poor quality of service, food explanation were different by each, one is very high pitch voice like voice actor.
Only one kind of tea, no flexibility..4,500yen lunch course, so I expected more.
Seats in private room were shut with door and staff doesn't come so need to scream or get out to ask for water..
Beef is good, just sad service.

We decreased the numbers from 3 to 2 in the morning of lunch booking due to illness but still got fully charged for 3.
