Japanese: Ramen

Tetsu Description

Tetsu is a hidden gem located in the Mizonokuchi area of Kawasaki, Kanagawa. This cozy restaurant specializes in tsukemen, a type of ramen where the noodles are served separately and dipped into a rich and flavorful broth. What sets Tetsu apart from other dining establishments is their unique broth made from a combination of chicken and fish stock, creating a depth of flavor that is truly exceptional.

The menu at Tetsu offers a variety of options to suit every palate. From classic tsukemen with thick, chewy noodles to spicy miso tsukemen for those who enjoy a kick of heat, there is something for everyone. The toppings are also customizable, allowing diners to create their perfect bowl of ramen. Don't miss their signature dish, the chicken karaage, which is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with wooden furnishings and soft lighting. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a satisfying meal after a long day. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or just looking to try something new, Tetsu is a must-visit destination for lovers of Japanese cuisine.
