Tetsu Review Summary

Their jiro ramen is a must try: available in the usual ramen or tonkotsu version, it's an oily but delicious delicacy that's worth coming back to at least every now and again. And for the price that you're getting (fixed at 1,200 even with additional noodles, vegetables, etc) it's certainly not something to miss. Tourists beware: you must be able to speak Japanese to order.

Generous serving of vegetables to the ramen. The ramen with the combination of garlic are delicious.

I went to eat on Sunday lunch. By chance, I was able to get in without waiting.
I ordered a large serving of Jean Tetsu Ramen.
I think the large portion was 280 grams and the medium portion was 250 grams.
I asked for ``garlic-free abrasive'', but I was glad that there was more oil than I expected (apparently they can't add oil and abrasive oil these days).
The noodles were also Jiro-style noodles, and the soup didn't have the caramel color characteristic of Jiro-style noodles, but it had a strong flavor that I couldn't describe. The soup was super delicious.
The meat was also tender and delicious. I was able to eat slowly, so I was able to enjoy the food. I want to go again.

The parking lot looks like ①~⑦ communal parking lot in the covered garage on the left after passing in front of Junk Shop Tetsu.
Ordered the store's recommended Jean Tetsu ramen medium size.
When I ordered it with extra vegetables, the Jean Tetsu ramen apparently had a little extra vegetables.

The soup is surprisingly light with seafood and pork bones.
The noodles were thick and filling, but I think I could have had a larger serving. It's the same price so I'll try it next time
