Soy sauce Chinese noodles (average) ¥900
Ken-chan Ramen Inspire.
I think it recreates the impressive taste that I had in Yamagata.
A soup with seafood and sweet back fat.
Crisp soy sauce and thick flat curly noodles.
There's nothing wrong with something like this.
It was the best.

Saturday lunch in late November. I visited the main store in Kyomachi, Kawasaki Ward twice. It was delicious, but I thought it would be difficult to get there because it was far away, but I found this place open in a place that was easy to get to, so I went there right away 😁
Access to the store is about a 20-minute walk from Yako Station on the JR Nambu Line, and if you take a bus from Kawasaki Station or Kashimada Station on the JR Nambu Line, it's about a 3-minute walk from the nearest stop, so it's not easy to access. 😅
I'm currently addicted to walking, so I visited on foot from my home. I arrived at the store at around 13:15, and there was only one person waiting outside.I was thinking that there are people who come in looking for delicious ramen regardless of access (including you!), but when I was second in line, less than 2 minutes had passed. Go inside the store.
Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine on the left after entering the entrance.
Check out the menu first.
The menu can be divided into three main types.
・Soy sauce Chinese noodles (800 yen)
・Salt Chinese noodles (800 yen)
・Mazesoba (750 yen)
There are 200g (medium size), 300g (+100 yen), and 450g (+200 yen), as well as aedama (250 yen).
There is also a meal ticket (+250 yen) for the Chinese noodles with soy sauce and salt that comes with chashu noodle topping.
In addition to onions, garlic, seaweed, green onions, and fishmeal, we also support increased amounts of meat such as double meat, triple meat, and queen meat. *When ordering, if you order ``Imiri-de'', you can receive the regular amount of toppings for free.
At the main store, I ordered soy sauce, so today I bought salted char siu + green onion + marinated egg. Complete your order with “personal care” 😁
The store has 8 seats at the counter and is staffed by a young male employee. The rice bowl is ready in about 15 minutes. Let's have it🍴🙏
First of all, the right half of the bowl is covered with pink pork fillet, and the left half is covered with white, fluffy meat. Other toppings include seaweed and green onions.
A sip of soup. The seafood stock, the sweetness of the animal fat, and the exquisite salty taste are really delicious❗❗I don't have a problem with it because I like fat, but the fat feels quite strong. If you don't like it, you can also order it with less fat when ordering.
I take a sip of the noodles. The handmade noodles are thick, curly, and have a chewy texture that is irresistibly delicious.
The char siew has just the right amount of salt to bring out the flavor of the meat. You can enjoy the different flavors of the meat. Also, the green onion topping was a great choice for me, who loves green onions, as it brought out the deliciousness of the fat even more.
After eating about 3/4 of the time, I ordered the marinated egg. The rice bowl arrived soon. Stir the fishmeal to coat the noodles and take a bite of the noodles. Hmm, that's a little too kind. I was wondering if the seasoning would allow me to fully enjoy the taste of the noodles themselves, but when I added a little bit of the sauce for the dressing table on the table and tasted it, the flavor evolved to my liking❗
Complete your meal while enjoying the deliciousness of the noodles. When I left the store and said, ``It was a great meal,'' I saw the owner bow deeply and say thank you, and I fell in love with the store even more.
The salted Chinese noodles were delicious. I've already had the soy sauce, so next time I'll come back for the mazesoba.

One of Kawasaki's famous restaurants ``Chuka Soba Sakata''🍜
Since I went before 12:00, I was able to get in quickly, but by 12:15 there was a line.
It's a popular store as expected✨
This time, I had prepared from everyone's posts, so I went with a large serving of the recommended chashu noodles and a double serving of meat!
I expected it to be quite thick so I added onions 🙌
this is. . . ! ! Delicious~✨✨
The meat was rich and the char siu was also excellent.
And the onions did a good job of refreshing the palate and giving it a strange taste ♫🧅 lol
However, I'm really sorry that I couldn't finish it all. .
I can't finish the large serving of Kotteri Ramen.
I learned. .
🍜Name of the shop: Handmade Chinese Soba Sakata Kawaramachi branch
🍜Recommended use; Lunch, Dinner, 1 person
🍜This time's price: 1400 yen
🍜Payment: Cash only at ticket machine
🍜Location: On Sakae Street. I think it's better to take the bus instead of walking from the station. Details on Google Maps
