I had the Kamozaru soba and the dashi rolled egg. When I had it with just the yuzu pepper, it really brought out the flavor of the soba and was delicious. The duck wasn't too tough and the sauce tasted just like I wanted. The soup-wrapped egg was also fluffy and delicious! I will repeat!

It was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo, but I ordered the seasonal spicy radish soba (〃ω〃)
There aren't many places that serve spicy radish, so I was happy (*≧∀≦*)
It might have been a good thing that the yam soba was out of stock.
I couldn't get addicted to the spicy radish and soba bubble wrap (tsu'ヮ'c)✨
I have soba noodles, and I think I'll go eat them next time.
The soba noodles are thin when served warm, so I think it's difficult to taste the soba flavor.
The warm duck nanban might be a bit strong (´・ω・`)
It might be better to be careful on business days 👌

The other day, I had a chance to visit Mukakuan, a handmade soba restaurant. The Tamagoji Soba that I ordered at that time was absolutely exquisite.

First of all, I can't help but talk about the flavor of the soba. Each soba is carefully hand-made and has a distinctive aroma and chewy texture, and you can clearly tell the difference when you take a bite.

And the egg flavor associated with the soba noodles. This is also exquisite. The smooth egg clings to the soba noodles, further enhancing its flavor. The gentle taste of the egg and soba complements the flavor of the handmade soba noodles, and the moment you put them into your mouth, you can't help but smile at the harmony.

Additionally, the interior of Muchikian has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal at your leisure. The staff were kind and I had a pleasant time.

Once you try Tamagoji Soba at Handmade Soba Mukakuan, you will never forget it. I can't wait to visit again.
