Newly awarded a Michelin Star, this restaurant does not disappoint. The chef has a very innovative way to incorporate flowers into his dishes. The other great novelty at this restaurant is the Chimay ice cream. The focus of this restaurant seems to be on desserts, with were many and variated. As we are not dessert persons, this aspect was not a highlight. We also found the deserts to be a bit on the (too) sweet side in the context of Michelin Restaurants. However, they are well prepared, well plated and you can tell that the chef has worked quite a lot to come up with the menu. If you have a sweet tooth, this place will be heaven for you.

Amazing place!

Beforehand, we were a little bit doubtful about having a French dinner in Tokyo (not because we thought it would be bad, but because we wanted to eat as much Japanese food as we could), however we are so glad we did it. Trois Visages is an amazing place in Ginza to have a French style- course dinner, while also experiencing dishes with many Japanese ingredients (in omakase-style around the kitchen).

The food is beyond delicious, especially the beef we had. The team, both service and the chefs are great!
Really recommend this place!
