In a wonderful space.
The food was being cooked in a cramped space in the kitchen.
There is seating for 8 people at the counter and 10 to 14 people in the back space.
The main menu includes three types of plates, an omakase plate, and a roast beef plate (limited edition).
Each plate has its own characteristics, including meat, vegetable, and restaurant originals, and comes with rice and miso soup.
I ordered a meat plate and a limited roast beef plate. The meat plate has three types of meat: pork, roast beef, and chicken.
Desserts are also carefully selected, such as gelato and coffee jelly. (I'm planning to eat while walking, so I'll pass this time.)
All of the meals were delicious, but personally, I found the miso to be very delicious with a strong dashi stock. (I almost wanted to ask you how to make it lol)
It looks like you can make a reservation, so next time I'll make sure to make a reservation first.
In February 2024, I made a reservation and visited again.
It's still delicious.
However, the only thing I can't stand is the young man working part-time who puts his thumb in the rice bowl and serves the food. I lost my appetite.
