Tomidokoro is absolutely underrated! It offers great omakase set and sake. The chef seems shy and introverted but he makes the sushi exactly right 😆 Will definitely visit again!

Probably the best sushi set you can find in Tokyo for 6000 yen. Wouldn’t mind going there every time I visit Tokyo (if I can get a reservation).

The sushi is absolutely great. I enjoyed the variety and quality of the fish. I would absolutely return for the food.
My minor complaint is about the service, but so minor that for some these may not be an issue at all. The chef seems too shy - he almost whispers the name of each fish, so I wasn't sure I heard him correctly, if at all. The pacing was also...way too quick for me. Maybe it was because I went as a solo diner that it went by so quickly. I thought I would die trying to ensure I finished one piece before the next one arrived. I am a very slow eater, but even the fellow next to me seemed a bit hurried.

This is the best Sushi I’ve ever had in both Japan and the US, I think it is definitely underrated, the food is just perfect, the price is much lower compare with other famous Sushi restaurants. Some reviews say the chef is not talky which is true but I just don’t like to talk when eating so it’s not a problem for me.
