Tonkatsu Aoki No Kareya Ippekoppe Idabashi Ten Review Summary

A hidden gem. It's tucked away and there's no tourists but the food is unreal. So, so, so, so good, the best katsu in the city.

(Probably 1400 yen) Take the loin cutlet curry home with your lunch box. The accompanying cabbage is packed in a plastic bag and eaten by opening the lid of the container. It came with sauce, but also some kind of salt. It may be good to eat tonkatsu with this salt. Is the curry sweet at first? A ticket vending machine is located outside the store.

However, it accepts old 1,000 yen bills and old 500 yen coins, so new bills (Kitasato Shibasaburo) and new coins cannot be used, but if you ask the store staff, they will exchange it for you.

For parking, enter the one-way road behind the store, turn sharp left (this road is also one-way), and there is a Coiper on the right side of the street that can park 5 cars for 330 yen for 15 minutes.

It is much cheaper than parking your vehicle, and to avoid inconveniencing others, we recommend that you do not park your vehicle on the street. (Be careful as the roads around here are already narrow and green men are wandering around.)

On a side note, I suddenly had an insatiable craving for tonkatsu, so I searched for it on Google Maps and found this restaurant relatively nearby, so I headed there without hesitation.

Google Maps showed several other tonkatsu restaurants, but ``Rin'' is a famous restaurant that is considered one of the top three tonkatsu restaurants in the Kamata area, and the main store is always crowded and I have no experience with it. Therefore, I had no hesitation in wanting to take advantage of this opportunity to get a glimpse of Rin in Iidabashi. (lol)

I had the fillet cutlet set meal (1,800 yen), and it was the first time in a while that I was able to find tonkatsu that I thought was delicious.

The batter and meat were well integrated (in a bad tonkatsu restaurant, the batter and meat would separate, which is a shame), and the way it was fried was perfect.

I had the first piece without any sauce, but it was so delicious I could have eaten it all without putting anything on it, so I was speechless.

It was so delicious that I thought it would be a waste to put sauce on it, so I ate the first slice without any sauce, used two different types of salt for the second slice, and ate the last two slices with sauce.

If it's this delicious at the branch, I'm sure it'll be even more delicious at the main store.

There were only about 12 people sitting at the counter, but most of them were eating the fillet (loin) cutlet curry set meal, so I decided to try the curry set meal the next time I visit.

The curry roux is sweet enough for everyone, and the tonkatsu is crispy. The taste is outstanding.

I came in around 11:15, and there were about 2 customers in front of me, and I waited about 10 minutes to eat. By around 11:30, the counter was full.
The curry is a sweet curry with melting tendon meat.
The loin is soft and the fat is delicious, but I don't think it goes well with the curry. ?

Even a normal serving is filling.

The inside of the store is bright, but a little cramped.
