Outstanding. There is seating for about 20 people inside this small modern restaurant. You can not book for the lunch service. You must queue up outside. It is worth every minute of the waiting. The owners thoughtfully provide umbrellas, a few seats for those who can't stand for long, green tea, and water while you wait. Once you're in, you are treated to beautiful food cooked in front of your eyes. The husband and wife team are kind, efficient, and courteous. This is such a fun place to eat and the food is gorgeous.

APRIL 2023
Arrived around 30min before opening and just missed the first round of seating. While waiting in line the staff guided customers to place an order using the machine in the restaurant. Was lucky to get in at 12PM after the first customer left and the meal was served in 15mins after I got a seat. I've ordered a pork loin katsu set as well as a minced meat cutlet and a small piece of chicken cutlet. The panko crumb was layered and sticks well, light and very flaky. Pork was tender and very delicious; enjoyed eating half with salt to taste the natural flavor of the meat and the other half with tonkatsu sauce and some hot mustard. Minced cutlet was moist and tasty as well with a slight sweetness coming from the onions mixed in. The small chicken cutlet was a thigh piece, meaty with a firm texture. Overall it went pretty smooth; didn't wait too long to get a seat and for the meal to arrive, service was great and the tonkatsu was amazing.

This is a reservation-only tonkatsu restaurant. It is devised so that U can make a reservation from the link of Google Map, and you can also make a reservation from the hotel concierge. It is a shop suitable 4U traveling to Japan. Tonkatsu is also a super first-class product, but I feel that the taste of chicken cutlet is the best in Japan. The menu changes depending on the season, but I recommend U the tonkatsu and chicken cutlet set. The master speaks to me in English in a friendly manner, but I'm not good at listening, so if I speak slowly, I can communicate and have a happier time.
