    Tabelog 100 Famous Stores💯
The general is Nagoya [Kinzan] [Kissho]
    Trained at [Izumimatsu] [Yakitori Shigetozakura]
At gourmet parties, we team up with the owner who has a wide network of connections.
    Expanded to Tokyo🚢
Furthermore, the owner is a wine collector.
The wine lineup exceeds the level of a yakitori restaurant 👀🍷
Moreover, the sommelier is a former chef sommelier at Quintessence.
You have all the attractive conditions 🥹🩷
The store's name is a play on the words `Hachihiro'' and `Create.''
Is it a coincidence that the store is located on the 8th floor?
One of the characteristics of this yakitori is the chicken used.
The first class of black satsuma chicken is called [Kuroo].
Furthermore, the carefully selected special class is called [Black Emperor]👏🏻
I found out about it when it opened, so I guess it's because they're specially bred here.
    Another feature is the scent👃🏻
    Of course chicken oil
Toribushi soy sauce and a mixture of 3 to 4 types of sansho pepper
Basil, lemongrass, lemon zest, lemon verbena
8 types including Western-style ones such as truffles.
    Use different flavored oils
    Unique method of adding scent👨🏻‍🍳✨
The skewers themselves are also unique, like lanterns.
    Negima is unique🎯
The meatballs are ground very finely and grilled rare.
It’s so ephemeral that it barely keeps its shape 🥹🫶🏻
    Although the portion is small
The volume of the entire course is ⭕️
    Must go with wine lovers😚🍷

2 minutes walk from Nihonbashi Station. This yakitori restaurant has only been open for less than half a year, and has been talked about a lot. Apparently, the owner was trained at a restaurant in Nagoya. The course was only an omakase course, with 5 a la carte dishes, 10 pieces of yakitori, and ramen to finish.
It was interesting to see multiple original skewers that I had never eaten before.

    Omakase course
    ▫️Herb salad
    ▫️Heart and white liver
    ▫️Breast
    ▫️Tsukune
    ▫️Lever
    ▫️Padron
    ▫️Momo
    ▫️Tori cutlet sandwich
    ▫️Pickled summer vegetables
    ▫️Chicken tenderloin
    ▫️Hatsu
    ▫️Chicken wings
    ▫️Lantern
    ▫️Negima
    ▫️ Furisode (Additional)
    ▫️Silt (additional)
    ▫️Seseri (Additional)
    ▫️Takikomi rice (additional)
    ▫️Ramen
    ▫️Shine muscat and cherry
    Elderflower jelly and crackling candy

The fillet is made into fluffy mackerel-style dumplings and grilled with tomatoes on a skewer, giving it an Italian look, but the plum oil and shiso leaf paste give it a distinctly Japanese taste.

It is novel to eat lanterns with sausage made from fallopian tubes. This sausage had a strong, spicy flavor and was delicious.
They used a variety of sauces and condiments, and I especially liked the liver sauce because it wasn't too sweet and had a strong soy sauce that went well with the liver. The pasteurization was also good.

Tsukune are soft meatballs that do not use fillers.
It's fluffy and melty and the inside is quite rare, so I wonder if it's okay? I was a little worried, but it seems that they take time to control the temperature and cook at a low temperature. I don't know the details, but I feel relieved lol
The chicken cutlet sandwich has a moist and rare chicken cutlet sandwiched between crispy bread, which is also a rare item at a yakitori restaurant.

The ramen at the end was quite light and easy on the palate, so I added some seasonally seasoned rice as well.
The course price was 14,500 yen, the seasonal cooked rice and additional skewers were 800 yen, and the prices for drinks etc. were generally a little high, so I think it's a restaurant that ordinary people can use on a daily basis. It was creative and interesting, so I recommend it to people who are tired of regular yakitori.

Yakitori and wine shop. Until now, yakitori was a genre that I didn't go to very often, but after I came across tori8's yakitori, I instantly fell in love with yakitori. I have been going once a month since it opened. Hot yakitori with crispy skin. My favorite parts of the skewer are the sori and red. The semi-rare chicken cutlet sandwich, fluffy meatballs, and final ramen are all ramen supervised by Osaka's famous restaurant 210k. The place where you can get rare wines at an exceptional price is also attractive.

I made a reservation for 5:30 PM through table check and went alone. It is located right in front of Nihonbashi Station. As soon as I entered the store, I was surprised by the clean and luxurious interior. The staff are also warm and friendly. The food was of high quality and the taste was delicious. It's nice to have a good exhaust system so the smell doesn't get on your clothes. Cards are available.

The meatballs are fluffy and delicious!
The whole process is elaborate, and the skin is crisp because it has been aged well.
Each item is carefully crafted, delicious, and beautiful to look at.
Alcohol goes on. In addition to the course ramen, you can also order takikomi rice.
I was too full to order anything.
The staff's customer service is also very polite.
After the meal, pay at the table.
It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
