    It was one of the most amazing experiences. The food is so tasty and well prepared. Apparently you need to reserve ahead to be able to eat there,. The Chef already prepared the course , so you can't really choose what you want. The seasoning is spot on. They also serve sapporo edelpils, very nice. I would definitely go back again, if I am able to make a reservation.

    I was invited to this restaurant by a friend who often visits restaurants that are difficult to reserve, so I was able to visit this restaurant.
    November 24. We made a reservation for 4 people on a Wednesday night at 6:30 pm, and the restaurant was full.

    ・Lettuce and radish bowl
    Incense items that have been placed since the beginning of the course
    Both are pickled well.
    The lettuce has a nice crunchy texture and a gentle sweetness.
    The radish had a nice crunch and a refreshing finish, so I was able to use it to refresh my palate between other dishes.

    ・Raw meatballs and chicken sashimi
    From the right, the sashimi items were pickled breast meat, raw meatballs, and gizzard/chicken liver.

    ◯ Pickled breast meat
    Served with yams on the bottom
    The breast meat is exquisitely processed to leave it moist yet tender, and the sticky sweetness gradually spreads out, which is irresistible.
    Combined with the smooth texture of the yam, it was a rich yet delicious dish that you could easily drink!

    ◯Raw meatballs
    One of Torinaga's specialties
    I don't know what kind of processing makes it possible to eat it raw, but I thought it would be fine as long as the public health center gave permission, so feel free to copy it.
    Raw meatballs are a sensual masterpiece with a moist and raw meaty texture, packed with umami and a refreshing taste from ginger.
    It was so delicious to drink it down with strong alcohol after enjoying it for a long time!

    ◯Gizzard/chicken liver
    Consists of 1 slice of gizzard/2 slices of chicken liver
    Gizzard has a crunchy texture that goes perfectly with alcohol, and I was surprised that it could be eaten raw.
    The taste was very light and there was no gap between the sweetness of the sauce and I was able to eat it quickly.
    Chicken liver, in contrast, has a very rich and rich taste.
    This is a masterpiece that not only has a soft texture but also allows you to feel the flavor of the liver throughout, and it was also very delicious!

    ・Breast pounding
    At the time of my visit, 3 pieces of seared breast meat were served.
    This is a masterpiece made with extremely advanced pasteurization techniques, and even though it's thickly sliced, it's extremely moist and has a texture that's almost rare.
    The seasoning of salt and pepper is perfect, and the refreshing taste of the breast meat makes it so delicious that you can eat it as many times as you want.
    It's also great as an accompaniment to alcohol, and it was really delicious when eaten with a highball!

    ・3 types of Yakitori
    The three types of yakitori were `breast,'' `outer thigh,'' and `calf.''

    ◯ Breast
    Served with two large pieces of breast meat skewered.
    This is grilled with the skin on, so you can enjoy the crispness of the skin, the sweetness of the fat, and the rich flavor of the breast meat all at once.It goes great with alcohol. Ta!

    ◯Outer peach
    Yakitori skewers made with thigh meat, which can be said to be the royal road to yakitori.
    This is also a skewer filled with large cut outer thighs, making it very filling.
    It's extremely juicy because of the fat content, and the combination of sweetness and flavor that spreads as soon as you bite into it is the best.
    It was so delicious to eat a lot of it with a refreshing drink!

    ◯Calf
    Rare yakitori skewers that I have never seen at other stores.
    This is served with two pieces of medium-sized meat skewered, and the texture is slightly stronger than thigh meat.
    The more you bite into it, the more the flavor and richness of the skewer oozes out, making it very delicious with an addictive taste!

    ・Lotus root meat
    A dish made of lotus root stuffed with plenty of minced chicken and grilled.
    This is a masterpiece in which the crunchy texture and sweetness of the lotus root and the juicyness of the chicken create a perfect harmony. I was amazed at how much lotus root could really bring out the flavor of the chicken.
    It was a powerful dish with a hint of wild flavor, and it was a top-class product in both taste and flavor, and it was a winner!

    ・Ginnan
    Served with 5 medium-sized ginkgo nuts skewered.
    Ginkgo nuts are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, giving you an addictive flavor.
    The skewers had just the right amount of salt and were so delicious that you couldn't help but want to eat them!

    ・Gift
    The gift was fried chicken fillet
    3 cuts per person, served beautifully stacked like a tower
    The fried chicken fillet has a crunchy coating and a moist, soft interior, giving the impression of a `drinker's dish.'' The exquisite balance of not being too heavy or too light will enhance your drinking experience.
    The wasabi has a strong effect and it's addictive too, I can't stand it.
    This is also a delicious dish that we recommend pairing with a refreshing drink!

    This time's main dish is chicken paitan hot pot.
    The chicken paitan hotpot consists of meatballs, chicken wings, mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and green onions. Three meatballs per person, one chicken wing per person, and two mushrooms per person.
    Vegetables for shabu-shabu are prepared separately from the hot pot, and these consist of lettuce, watercress, and stems.
    Chicken paitan hotpot is a delicious type of chicken hotpot that is so condensed that you can't beat the flavor of chicken.
    The various ingredients are the same, but above all, the richness of the soup is so delicious that you can't stop eating it.
    Just shabu-shabu the vegetables was perfect as an accompaniment to a drink, and it tasted perfect as the main course.It was so delicious!

    The store is located about 7 to 8 minutes walk from Nerima Station on the Toei Oedo Line.
    The inside of the store is a nice space with the inside appearance of a stylish town izakaya, with alcohol bottles placed on the wall creating a nice atmosphere.
    There are approximately 18 seats in total, including less than 10 counter seats and 2 table seats for 4 people.
    The customer base is friends/husbands/couples/girls' night out, and I get the impression that about half of the customers are regulars who have been coming here for a long time, and people who enjoy visiting shops that are difficult to make reservations for.
    The age range seemed to be relatively high, ranging from 30s to 50s, and the male to female ratio was about 50/50, making it easy for women to join.
    I'm so grateful to my friend that I was invited this time because it wasn't my slot.
    I'm also interested in the foie gras hotpot course, so next time I'll try my best to get a spot and visit in the winter!

    I happened to get a reservation at a popular yakitori restaurant that was hard to get reservations for!
    Of course I went!
    The dish is a rice bowl course, with raw meatballs and chicken sashimi, seared breast and thigh, three types of yakitori, lotus root stuffing, ginkgo, chicken fillet cutlet, tomato, oyakodon...
    Everything is the best ♡
    The taste of sashimi and raw fish is outstanding, and as someone who doesn't like liver, I can say this without a doubt!
    The yakitori is so delicious that the amount of heat and salt can only be described as exquisite.

    The food is not flashy, as is the appearance of the restaurant, but I thoroughly enjoyed the simple and honest deliciousness!

    Thanks to good luck, I was invited to visit Mr. Torinaga for the third time in two years.
    There are days when I press the button too quickly every month and can't get it...
    How long have I been looking forward to this chicken hot pot?

    The chicken paitan hotpot was the best this time, and the yakitori and chicken cutlet before that were also delicious as always.
