Visited "Yakitori Ichimatsu".
Tabelog AWARD for 5 consecutive years in the past.
This is a famous restaurant that has been awarded one Michelin star.

I made a reservation for Saturday at 5pm.

1. Assorted free range chicken sashimi (5 types)
・I forgot to ask for it when making the reservation, so there was no white liver.
It became breast, heart, liver, sand, and chicken fillet.
・Every part is fresh and very delicious!
Among them, the sand zuri was outstanding, including its texture.
・I didn't prepare properly and order white liver.
I regret it.

2. Set of 6 free range chicken skewers
① Tsukune (salt)
・It will fall apart in your mouth.
It looks like it's half-cooked, perfectly cooked and delicious.

・This also seems to be rare and is perfectly pasteurized.
It's juicy, fatty, and very delicious.

③Sand sliding
