Finally, I had the perfect lantern, which is rare. Thank you, General, for teaching me the names of ingredients in the Yakiniku world. The young male assistant is responsible for adding water, changing wine, and delivering hot tea. He is always attentive to the needs of the guests and is extremely considerate. Thank you very much, God of Cookery, for making me book a seat and make me happy when I was in a bad mood. It only costs ¥21,950 to eat well and be full.ごちそうさまでした😋, めっちゃおいしかった. The best bird house🙏~

``Torisaki'' is a restaurant that is difficult to reserve. I was lucky because I was able to make a reservation for someone who often comes! ! I was able to go with an immediate response.
First of all, it is rare for me to have dinner in Kyoto, but this was my first time going to Kyoto just for a restaurant that is difficult to reserve, and then returning home. When you arrive at the store with increasing anticipation, you'll be overwhelmed by the façade that looks like a typical Kyoto store.
I'm just a simple Osaka person who gets absorbed in the atmosphere (lol)
The food itself is carefully pasteurized, and the sauce and oil in the five pots in the grill area? The finished product is exquisite.
The first "Kashiwa thigh" has a fluffy finish!
"Maruhatsu" has a springy texture that explodes in flavor the moment you bite into it!
If I had to pick Torisaki's personal "No.1",
``Soborodon''. This rice bowl with dark yolk and perhaps meatballs fills our stomachs with a heartwarming feeling and an impact of umami at the very end!
The price is a bit high, but considering the famous shops in Kyoto and Meguro, Tokyo, and the skill of the craftsmen, is it worth it? and.
I gave a take-home lunch box to the staff who had asked me to stay home, and they were very satisfied with it as well. Apparently it's a specialty, so you might want to consider taking a bento home with you.
I'll visit you again! Thank you for the meal!

I visited Torisaki, a famous restaurant in Kyoto.
It seems like you can't take reservations at this restaurant, but a friend of mine happened to invite me, and I was able to visit at the right time. It's difficult to take pictures of yakitori so it looks delicious, so the pictures don't really convey the quality, but all of the dishes are first-class dishes made with top-notch workmanship. This is an impeccable restaurant that is sophisticated in everything from the food to the interior design and customer service. A yakitori course that takes about 2 and a half hours to enjoy. The smell of yakitori wafts through the restaurant. As you would expect from a high-end store, the customer base is also classy. At the end, you can take home a souvenir. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy not only the food, but also the space. All of the staff members have shaved heads and traditional stoic style. There is a sense of friendliness as well as courtesy, which is definitely the customer service style of a high-end restaurant. It's also good that the bottled beer is Akahoshi. They also have several types of sake, and you can't help but drink too much while eating the delicious yakitori. The price is probably around 30,000 yen per person, including eating and drinking. It's not a shop you can easily go to, but if you have the chance to experience it, definitely go.

The location is about 5 minutes walk from Karasuma Oike Station. However, everyone came by taxi. On the way back, a taxi will come to the front of the store. However, since the roads in Kyoto are narrow, it may be a good idea to pick up a taxi on the main street right outside the store instead of calling in front of the store.

Translated from Japanese:

This is my third visit, following in March and October 2023. A store that you simply want to go to again. I think this is the most important thing to get repeat customers. Reservations start at 11:00 on the 1st of every month, but...

Translated from Japanese:

You can safely make a reservation through Toreta, which is held on the 1st of every month. I was able to get it on my first try, but I wonder how difficult it actually is. I visited on a weekday night, and on the day there were 18 people in total, 15 at the counter and 3 in the private room. The meal is only a course, and there are 11 skewers...

Translated from Japanese:

A restaurant I would like to visit regularly. About a 5 minute walk from Karasuma Station in Kyoto, go to Yakitori "Torisaki". Thigh meat, gizzard, celery, shiitake mushroom, shoulder, eggplant, meatballs, kumquat, thick-fried chicken wings...
