I visited Torisaki, a famous restaurant in Kyoto.
It seems like you can't take reservations at this restaurant, but a friend of mine happened to invite me, and I was able to visit at the right time. It's difficult to take pictures of yakitori so it looks delicious, so the pictures don't really convey the quality, but all of the dishes are first-class dishes made with top-notch workmanship. This is an impeccable restaurant that is sophisticated in everything from the food to the interior design and customer service. A yakitori course that takes about 2 and a half hours to enjoy. The smell of yakitori wafts through the restaurant. As you would expect from a high-end store, the customer base is also classy. At the end, you can take home a souvenir. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy not only the food, but also the space. All of the staff members have shaved heads and traditional stoic style. There is a sense of friendliness as well as courtesy, which is definitely the customer service style of a high-end restaurant. It's also good that the bottled beer is Akahoshi. They also have several types of sake, and you can't help but drink too much while eating the delicious yakitori. The price is probably around 30,000 yen per person, including eating and drinking. It's not a shop you can easily go to, but if you have the chance to experience it, definitely go.
The location is about 5 minutes walk from Karasuma Oike Station. However, everyone came by taxi. On the way back, a taxi will come to the front of the store. However, since the roads in Kyoto are narrow, it may be a good idea to pick up a taxi on the main street right outside the store instead of calling in front of the store.
