This is my first visit to Torisawa Azabu Juban in the Torisawa chain.
The small store only has a counter.
When the elevator opened, I was directly inside the store, so I was a little nervous.
A style that continues until it stops, similar to Kameido.
Perfectly cooked
Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside - perfect
This condition is the best when it comes to quail, medium to soft.
The seasoning of the eggplant is also great, and it's so strong that it looks like it would be good even with rice.
I guess it's the Tsukune that makes it unique somehow.
It's dumpling-shaped, so you don't have to bite into it, and it's very soft.
I felt that everything was of a high standard.
