It's been so many years since we last met,
It was fun to talk about old stories.
Click here for the selected store.
This is a well-known Yakitori restaurant in Shinjuku.
this day is
I ordered the chef's omakase course for 8,800 yen.
First up is the famous liver here.
The ultimate masterpiece, grilled rare.
It's incredibly soft, and the taste is delicious!
Next is the meatballs.
Because it is carefully crafted from the ground up,
It contains plenty of meat juice and has an exquisite finish.
Shiro.
Served with sauce.
Adding shichimi makes it even more delicious.
Wagyu skirt steak.
Using only the best parts of beef,
Bake.
I ate it almost to a rare degree of doneness, but it was well cooked.
It's exquisite.
Negima.
It's basic, but I feel like I want to eat a few more.
Cook the beef sukiyaki style and put truffles on top.
Let's unravel the egg.
The aroma of truffles tickles your nose,
After all, there is space in your mouth.
It feels like it's expanding.
This deer is a collaboration with a shop on the same floor.
The meat is lean and has a chewy texture.
Stuffed peppers with meat.
This is also a specialty, but it's delicious no matter when you eat it.
Finishing soup.
The deep flavor of chicken bones will warm your stomach.
It goes without saying that this is a well-known restaurant.
Thank you for the meal.

There was a problem, but I visited the branch store for the first time.
To be honest, I often stay in Ginza or Shiodome.
I felt that it was a little far away, so a branch store was opened in Toranomon.
I'm very happy that Torimoe fans were able to do it.
The store façade also incorporates Mr. Torishige's brand image.
It's a modern conversion while keeping it, and it's a very nice touch.
Inside the store, there are several counter seats and table seats.
It's good that it's not too big.
As usual, I ordered the general recommended course.
First of all, start with a rare lever unique to Mr. Torishige, and continue. It's really delicious.
This time, I was allowed to sit at the counter seat.
However, while watching how it is baked in front of you
It's great to be able to enjoy a meal.
Ezo deer from Hokkaido and fluffy meatballs
It was delicious from start to finish.
Please stop by again.
It was a feast.
