Toshian Review Summary

Unfortunately, the current state of Rian is not as good as it used to be. The oil smells bad, and the quality of the soba has deteriorated. Although there are many other delicious soba restaurants nearby, I wouldn't recommend Rian to those seeking truly tasty soba.

i had ginko for appetizer and warm soba with grated yam

it was delicious and pricey

soba noodles are handmade

the lunch time staff are all very busy but helpful. Wide variety of menu are available, not just hot or cold soba noodles and udon. Everyone orders Dashi-maki Tamago as appetizer.

Great soba but the price is a bit too high and the shrimp tempura was a bit too greasy.

Excellent food, expensive but reasonable for what you get but oh my god the service is absolutely horrendous.
