Tu La Joie - The World of Ism☆
Speaking of Tou La Joie, I've known it as a restaurant from another world ever since I started Tabelog, so I never dreamed that the day would come when I would visit it, but I was fortunate enough to be able to visit it. I visited for the first time after being invited to a private party by Mr. (^^)♪
Thank you to the secretary m(__)m
On this day, I arrived at the nearest station earlier than the starting time, so I walked slowly to the store, but when I arrived at the store from the back street next to the store, I saw a person standing by in front of the store. Although the clerk looked at me with suspicion, I told him about Mr. y's private party, and he showed me around (^^;;
When I tried to take a photo of the exterior of the restaurant, Chef Sumoto smiled and told me the best angle, and I thought to myself, ``This is the start of the rumor.'' (LOL)
When you pass through the door, there you will find it❗️
The dazzling and gorgeous world spreads out and makes your eyes swim (*⁰▿⁰*)
No matter how many times you see it in photos, it still looks impressive in real life♪
The inside of the store is mainly gold, with wine-colored chairs that give it an elegant and calming atmosphere.However, it doesn't shine as brightly during the day, so it might be best to visit at night to immerse yourself in the glittering world. ^^;;

□Wine pairing
Accounting ¥60,000
The restaurant is very particular about never serving the same dish twice, except for M's salad, so I thoroughly enjoyed it (^^)♪
Chef Sumoto's cuisine is unique and innovative☆
Even the restaurants I've visited that claim to be innovative have different types of cuisine, but Tu La Joie is a dish that goes beyond the boundaries of cooking genres, and is an original dish, so it's an innovative dish that is innovative. ∀`)♪
When the food is served, Chef Sumoto himself explains the dishes, and I'm constantly impressed by the amount of time it takes to prepare the dishes as he explains them in a simple manner. ️
Even if you try to enjoy the taste of the food, you may not be able to enjoy all the complex flavors of the dish, but each time you eat a dish, a feeling of pleasure spreads in your mouth, and I can't tell you how many times I nod my head as I eat it. (´∀`)♪
The wife's wine pairing is also wonderful, and I'm glad that she explains everything carefully every time she serves it.
I was deeply moved by Chef Sumoto and his wife's detailed explanations and hospitality, and the service from all the staff was excellent, from the time we met them at the restaurant to the time we saw them off.
I now understand why this famous store continues to be supported by customers for so many years (´∀`)♪
Thank you for the meal m(__)m
