It was the last stop during our trip where we went to different Michelin starred kaiseki places, and while I thought I would have been fed up with having similar courses (no pun intended) this place actually stood out.
We were asked to choose between different cuts of wagyu, and we went along with both.
Because it's not located near the center of Tokyo, the food was more reasonably priced while decently prepared. The service was also a bit more attended to details than other similarly starred places.

I had dinner, for my 26th birthday, here tonight. The service is prompt, personal and professional. The food itself is beautiful and elegant in its presentation. It is fantastic to see such a skilled chef putting out dishes that are so incredibly fresh and well sourced. Pair this with a nice glass of wine and you have yourseld some fantastic food. I can definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to explore the food of japan.
