I made a reservation and visited.
It's on the 3rd floor of Dai Nagoya Building.
It's very casual, like an Italian restaurant in a department store.
Some customers came without reservations.
I made a reservation from the homepage reservation site.
There are two types of lunch courses, but for New Year's, only the B lunch course is available for 6,000 yen.
Well, I looked at the menu and asked if there was a pairing option, and it looked like a very good combination, so I went for the pairing. But the people around me only drank soft drinks or a glass of wine (lol).
I was the only one who asked for pairing.
The oil at the beauty salon doesn't suit me and I'm getting hives, but I still want to drink it lol
The order is
Lunch course 6,000 yen
Charatelli +1,000 yen
Domestic beef 700 yen
Pairing 5,500 yen
・1st appetizer
Tuna carpaccio, fruit tomato gazpacho, basil gelato
The fruit tomatoes had a slightly sour taste, and the basil gelato was refreshing and harmonized with the light tuna.
・Second appetizer
Gallura specialties
"Smoked foie gras" and mango tochimitsu sauce
This foie gras didn't suit me.
·pasta
Charatelli with squid ink, scampi and Mikawa seafood tomato sauce (+1,000 yen)
The seafood tomato sauce is very delicious.
·Main
Char-grilled “Chita beef rump” with Angkor pepper sauce and apple puree (+700 yen)
Excellent heating. The sweet potatoes are also fluffy.
Although it was more independent than the pepper sauce here, I prefer the apple puree.
・Dolce
Strawberry panna cotta milk espuma vanilla gelato
It seems that there is no pastry chef here, but the strawberry panna cotta was a good choice after the meat.
Cafe
white orchard
A herbal tea with a juicy fruity aroma that is a blend of green tea and white tea with melon and peach flavors.
【drink】
・Prosecco Valdobbiadene/Marceletto
・Maximo/Umani Ronchi
・Vermentino di Gallura Louris/Deppere
・Augilio/Calitro
・Montess/Agricola Punica
