Jimbocho is a sacred place for curry and pure cafes.
There were many pure cafes that I wanted to go to, and this one was one of them.
Its name is Cafe Troisbug.
This store is located behind the exit of Jimbocho Station, and is a little hard to find in the basement.
Well, I think that slightly difficult to understand part gives it a nice atmosphere.
When you enter the store, you'll be greeted by a stylish amber-colored space typical of a pure cafe.
It looks like there are several table seats at the counter.
The lighting is stylish and creates a warm atmosphere inside the store.
There are quite a few menu items written on the small album-like menu.
There are many types of sweets, but many of the coffees and drinks are arranged in different ways, so it can be confusing.
I'm thinking about drinking regular blended coffee, but there are some items on the menu that I've never heard of, so I think I'll try this in the winter.
This time, I ordered an exotic parfait and blend set.
The chocolate truffle inside this parfait was just delicious!
It's a rich chocolate that not only has sweetness, but also a country that spreads in your mouth.
Also, the oat granola sprinkled around it was crispy and fragrant, making it quite a masterpiece.
The Trois Blend that I ordered as a set also has a gorgeous scent and is very delicious.
I usually like Asami's expensive coffee, and I think it goes well with a parfait like this.
Also, the sweet potato mousse that my partner ordered was also great.
I ordered it with iced coffee, and this iced coffee is also a genuine iced coffee from a pure cafe, so it's quite a masterpiece.
I think it's difficult to bring out the aroma of the coffee itself in iced coffee, but this one was a little different.
This is a pure cafe in Jimbocho! That's what it feels like.
I highly recommend it, so please give it a try.
