Service, atmosphere, food -- all fantastic. You can tell that a lot of care goes into every aspect of this place. I speak enough Japanese to generally navigate the experience, though a lot of the ingredient descriptions might have caused me problems without help. One of the waiters did speak a bit of English, and was very helpful. They all had good senses of humor, which I liked a lot more than the typical stoicism I see from high end places. I'm absolutely coming back here. Pricy for sure, so probably only for special occasions.

Incredible place, 10/10 :)
Must try the course menu along with steaks, very genuine service and slightly old school atmosphere. Dinner for 2 with beer and wine came around ¥70,000, but totally worth the price!)

Trois Fleches is a quintessential ”Ginza place”. It has exquisite beef - why it is you should come here - and great service.
The beef is always cooked to perfection and is super tender even by the high-end Tokyo restaurant standards.
The service is friendly and personal - the owner knows most of his customers personally and is a joy to interact with.
Finally, if you are non-Japanese and want to get a ”feel” of traditional Ginza place this is also a good experience.
In terms of price, please expect the food and drinks to cost about 300 dollars per person for a large meal - worth the cost for a special experience.

This is a wonderful restaurant for beef. When we were there they had filet, sirloin, dry-aged sirloin, and rump. All cooked over charcoal. You order by cut and weight so we had 3 different cuts.
The restaurant is very quiet and you can get by fine with English.
Definitely will return
