I got a custom order of Uni and Ikura Don for ¥11,000. A steal! You have to approach the manager to order this as the other staff might not take custom orders. I’ve had Uni and Ikura countless times. I love them. But this brought my love for them to the next level!
As you might already know, it’s not uncommon for Uni to have a slight “pee-like” odour cos of the ammonia in it. But this uni was so SUPER FRESH that it not only didn’t have the smell of ammonia at all, but taste buttery and sweet too! And even Uni that I’ve had at premium omakase sushi places never tasted this good. And the Ikura is similar too. Fresh and buttery! The pop nicely in your mouth too. I seriously took a look at the rice under it to check if there’s butter in it, cos the Ikura tasted really like butter! It was THAT good.
But I wouldn’t advise getting the sushi. My friend got it, and the rice came apart pretty easily. No doubt the fish would had been great anyway.

very fresh. Service and dinning environment are good as well. It’s better to wait and line in before it open.

Great service and delicious food. One nice sushi restaurant in Tsukiji area. I ordered omakase course and it came with various seafood and different kinds of sushi. Everyone in the restaurant was super nice and some could speak English. The atmosphere (as a sushi place in Tsukiji) was also great 👍 If you are looking for a super expensive luxurious sushi place, this may not be a place for you, but if you want to enjoy a decent sushi course meal at a reasonable price, this can be one option for you.
