~A shellfish orchestra for shellfish lovers~

By appointment only
Shellfish full course 5,500 yen

Let me say this first.
It's more fun to visit with people who like shellfish, as it's only shellfish-only for people who don't like shellfish, so it can get tiring along the way.

A hideout in Kobe Nakayamate, a residential area in front of the prefectural office.

I live nearby, but I didn't know anything about it...

That's no wonder; there are no signboards, and the exterior is integrated into the residential area, so it's only known to those in the know.

This time I visited with a friend who had been there several times.

We source the highest quality shellfish that can only be found at high-end restaurants and have no seasonings!
Just bake with only the flavor of the ingredients!

To put it simply, it's true, but I think what's amazing about the ingredients is the purchasing and grilling techniques.

By the way, the inside of the store is built like a food stall and there is no BGM.
The sound of grilling shellfish is the background music.

Shime udon made with the soup stock from all the shellfish.

Sharan duck that you can eat for an additional fee!
Personally, this duck is so delicious that I'm sorry it's a shellfish specialty restaurant...

I want to go eat just for the duck...

a real hideout
Atmosphere and taste that only those who have been can understand
It was delicious anyway🎵
Nabeshima was also delicious.
I just didn't know how much alcohol would cost.
Because there is no menu!
It was delicious and I drank a lot and it got expensive. Maybe 2000 yen? Maybe 1500 yen
The dark beer was also delicious.
The owner spins the food by himself, so the food comes out slowly.
The udon noodles at the end are also delicious.
The one who was surprised was Sharan Kamo.
What kind of duck have you eaten so far? The meat was thick and soft, and when combined with the salt, the sweetness became even more delicious.
It was great, to say the least.
