Tsukumo Ramen Ebisu Honten Review Summary

I visited this ramen shop on a Tuesday at 11:30 AM and was easily seated with my group of three. However, the place quickly filled up, and a line formed shortly after noon. I savored the unique cheese ramen (¥1300), a delightful blend of savory broth and creamy cheese. The miso vegetable ramen (¥1100) was equally satisfying, with a rich broth and a generous array of fresh vegetables. The service was incredibly friendly, and the lively atmosphere added to the enjoyable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning to explore their menu further, but I recommend arriving early to avoid the lunchtime rush.

The restaurant is warm and inviting with friendly and helpful staff who can speak English. She was so kind to me as to offer paper apron to prevent stains. The food was good and very filling. Love the cheese wheel display.

Great place for some unique ramen! The tomato broth was a bit light on flavor, but apparently you can ask for it to be stronger/weaker when you hand over your tickets.
Their gyoza is also pretty great. Just the right amount of crispiness while still having a soft texture to it. The shredded ponzu sauce that goes with it is nice, too.

Unique, this kind of ramen I haven’t tried in my life. And just what they said, cheese matches miso well in the bowl of ramen. The staffs treated me well and willing to help. Im willing to introduce to friends who enjoy untraditional ramen. Highly recommended!
