It's quite difficult to get a reservation since it's a three-star Michelin restaurant!
The location is about 1 km from Sanno Station, so it will take about 10 to 15 minutes by car.
There are 3 parking spaces next to the store.
The exterior of the store looks like an old folk house!
It feels like I took a trip to Kyoto ☆ lol
It's a long-established store that has been around for nearly 50 years.
The sushi rice is made with red vinegar and is cooked very hard so that it melts in your mouth! !
The vinegar is a little strong, but it has a mild taste.
The number of snacks was moderate, and I felt that the emphasis was on the nigiri ^^
All of the nigiri are truly impressive in taste...!
Although it is a small shop, it is very comfortable and the customer service from the owner and landlady was excellent.
It's difficult to make a reservation, but if you have another chance, you'll definitely want to visit this restaurant again! ! !

First,
Red shellfish, chicken shellfish, and sea urchin marinated in vinegary miso
Chawanmushi of sea urchin from Rausu
Seasoned seafood with mullet roe
A snack that goes well with Japanese sake.
Nigiri from here
Is it red?
This is rich.
halfbeak
It's huge and has a rich flavor.
Local prawns
The contrast between the taste of the raw part and the cooked part in a gradation pattern.
110 kg of pickled tuna from Nagasaki
110kg medium tuna from Nagasaki
110kg large tuna from Nagasaki
Three tuna in a row. Exquisite.
Kohada
It was big and greasy.
mackerel
Clams (I forgot to take a picture because they looked so delicious) This was delicious.
Conger eel
The conger eel is circling around the shari.
110kg tuna roll from Nagasaki
It has a strong taste.
Kanpyo roll
Thick fried egg with prawns
I really liked the sushi rice made with three types of red vinegar.
The contents were very delicious sushi, mainly nigiri.
I also liked the sake selection. The inside of the store has a small raised tatami room and is filled with the scent of the Showa era.

This is a great sushi restaurant!
How to add what you think is best for each,
I think they have a great eye for the ingredients themselves.
Due to the 3 Michelin star rating, it is difficult to make a reservation.
No wonder so many people still want to visit.
I'm happy that the price is a good value compared to other stores.
