Bistro Uehara, located about a 2-minute walk from the east exit of JR Kitasenju Station, is a bistro located in a detached house that opened in October 2017.
When I visited around 6pm on a weekend, the restaurant looked like a renovated private house, and the second floor balcony was full of greenery. Being able to do things like this is probably one of the strengths of a detached house. Last time I had a take-out lunch, but the food was so good that I wanted to visit sometime in the evening. This time, let's enjoy it to the fullest with all-you-can-drink included!
*New party plan A where you can enjoy snow crab and avocado tartare and Hokkaido beef cheek stewed in red wine ~ 5,500 yen with dessert and free drinks for 2 hours
We also had sparkling wine for drinks, so we started with bubbles.

Today's fresh fish carpaccio, raw ham, quiche, pate de campagne, firefly squid Burgundy style
Firefly squid made with escargot butter is interesting.
・Snow crab and avocado tartare
It's a shame that the goodness of the crab is taken away by the mayonnaise.

Huh? It's starting to look like an izakaya.
・Today's fresh fish dishes
The roasted white fish has a bland taste in both the sauce and the meat. The skin was grilled to a crispy texture and was today's MVP.
・Hokkaido beef cheek stew in red wine
The garnish is mashed potatoes. I think it would be a good balance if I added some grilled vegetables here.
・Whitebait pasta

Campari-flavored grapefruit terrine, ice cream, and strawberries
Since I ordered all-you-can-drink, I guess there's nothing I can do about the food. However, when you think of it as an accompaniment to sake, the seasoning is overall weak. I didn't notice it last time because it was takeout, but it's a bit sad that all the plates served are white. Still, thank you for letting me drink comfortably.

I made a reservation for lunch on a weekend, but all the seats were full.
I received the lunch course, which consisted of amuse-bouche, hors d'oeuvres, fish dishes, and meat dishes, and I was able to choose between hors d'oeuvres and meat dishes.
Everything was thoroughly delicious. I personally appreciated being able to refill the homemade focaccia.

I used it for my wedding anniversary. There was a white wine from Yamanashi in the bottle, so I ordered it. The food itself was delicious, but I also enjoyed the food as it went well with the alcohol. The snow crab and avocado tartare was especially delicious, and I thought it would be good to have it with alcohol for a long time.The price is not expensive, but as you upgrade the main course, the price will rise accordingly. But it also increases satisfaction.
