This is an okonomiyaki and monjayaki restaurant near Omori Kaigan Station and Ito-Yokado, where the staff will grill your food efficiently. All of the teppanyaki dishes are delicious and go well with alcohol!
I was impressed by the staff who grilled the okonomiyaki and monjayaki for various tables in a crowded room, and it was amazing how they were able to pass the okonomiyaki and monjayaki without forgetting to pass it around. . Thank you for the meal!

I love Shrimp Miso Monja and go there regularly, but this time I was a little disappointed.

    What was disappointing this time🥲
    ・Burnt oyster butter
There were about 4 staff members, but only one, a woman, was burnt and seemed to be in serious trouble. There were about 3 tables of customers, but the oyster butter that I was looking forward to was left unattended because the older sister was only working one-on-one. Since I'm an amateur, I didn't know how long to roast the oysters, so I left it to my older sister, but when I turned them over, they turned black, and my friend and I were sad as we ate them.
・Even though it was during business hours, it was launched and seemed abandoned. .
I understand that they are open until 24:00, but at 9:00 pm, only my table and another group table that was making quite a noise were left, and I realized that the table was a regular customer. Anyone involved? The staff members all gathered together in a circle and toasted.
I think there are some restaurants where the staff members drink and serve customers, so that's good, but it's not an atmosphere where you can order. . It would be better to wait for the bill. . I was confused as to whether there were still us left. lol
The group was also quite noisy and had been looking back for a while since I entered the store, so I wondered if they were related, which made me feel disappointed.

    What I love 🔅
    ・Shrimp miso monja is delicious!
・The menu is unique and has a wide variety of food and drinks
・Half size available, easy to adjust
・There are also good timings such as happy hour.

I've been there with a lot of people that I love and want to come back again! I actually went to the store many times because of this reaction, but this time my friend who was visiting for the first time said the above, so I thought it was a good idea to take the train to Omori. I apologize for such a reaction. . 🥲

But I love it so I'll go again someday 🥲
Is it okay for the time being? . It was an event that made me think 🥲

[A shop where the staff will grill your food]
[Isn't the method of grilling Monja in which the ingredients are violently chopped into small pieces unique? ]

Since I came to Tokyo, I want to eat monja.
I often go to Tsukishima, but this time it was a family trip and I didn't want to wait too long, so I looked for a restaurant near Omori where I was staying and found this restaurant.

I had confirmed in advance that the staff would grill the monja, so I immediately ordered one.
Three staff members rotate through multiple tables and grill the dishes in turn.
What impressed me personally was the way the monja was grilled. The ingredients are chopped up more intensely and finely than I've ever experienced at any other restaurant I've been to. I did this about 4-5 times per second for a little over a minute. This eliminates the problem of ingredients being too lumpy and difficult to remove with a small spatula, which often happens with regular grilling methods.
The flavor of the soup stock was good and it was delicious.

Also, the yakisoba that was being grilled at the table next to me looked delicious, so I ordered that as well.
The staff will bake all the pottery for you.
We also had them make green onions grilled in Mayola oil and a Japanese-style omelet grilled on a griddle. It was fun entertainment to see how to put mayo on beautifully and how to fry an omelet (or rather, more like an omelet) with a spatula.
In the end, I wanted to fill up my stomach a bit more so I had a half-sized portion of Monja. I'm also glad that there is a half size.

The staff were cheerful and cheerful, and the atmosphere was good, even when the store was crowded.

It's a monjayaki restaurant, but I not only enjoyed the monjayaki restaurant, but also the various teppanyaki dishes. There are so many types of Monjayaki, and I chose mentaimochi cheese. It was easy because the staff grilled it on the iron plate right in front of me. Highballs are now half price at Chinchirorin. It was delicious and fun, so I want to go again.

Maybe it's tough because I'm from the Kansai region, but I'm in the lower ranks of the middle class. It's not that it tastes bad, but the quantity is small and the price is high. The taste is pretty average. It's nice to have the food cooked in front of you, but the hands are noisy...to be honest, it's not necessary. I won't be visiting again!
I think the Umamon Yaki was 1,300 yen, and for that price you could have eaten a normal Japanese beef steak or sushi tempura gozen from a restaurant that really worked hard lol.
