One of the standout dishes at Unagi no Toki is their signature 'Unagi Ju' (grilled eel over rice). Prepared with utmost care by chef Yusaku Kawamura, this dish features eel that is grilled over high-quality binchotan charcoal, resulting in a tender texture and rich flavor. Limited to only 10 servings per day, the Unagi Ju offers a taste that is close to natural and is best enjoyed with a refreshing beer or other alcoholic beverages available on their extensive menu.
