Nestled amidst the stalls, this shokudo is a hidden gem, offering a culinary escapade into the world of grilled unagi and scallops. Let's dive into a skewerful of Tsukiji magic!

Unagi Unleashed: Pricey but Oh-So-Worthy

At first glance, the price tag might raise an eyebrow or two—1000 yen for a skewer stick of unagi. But fear not, for the flavor-packed journey begins with the first bite. Opt for two skewers, and you'll find yourself dancing on a palate paradise for 1900 yen. Feeling a bit extra? Three skewers can be yours for 2700 yen. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Scallops Symphony: Juicy, Aromatic, and Irresistible

Moving on to the scallops, each stick is a steal at 400 yen, and the real steal is the trio deal at 1000 yen. Picture this: four large, juicy scallops, expertly grilled on the spot. The grilling maestro applies layers of sauce, creating an aromatic masterpiece that dances on your taste buds. Delicious? Oh, you bet. Recommended? Without a doubt.

Culinary Theater: The Grilling Extravaganza

As you watch the grilling performance unfold, you can't help but marvel at the culinary theater before you. The unagi skewers boast an exciting caramelizing action, the exterior turning into a delectable canvas for the savory sauce. It's a symphony of sizzles and flavors, leaving you in awe of the grilling prowess.

The Verdict: Pricey Pleasures, but Worth Every Yen

While the prices may lean towards the steeper side, the grilled unagi and scallops at Unagi Shokudo are undeniably worth the yen. Each bite is a journey into the rich flavors of the sea, with the bustling energy of Tsukiji Outer Market as the backdrop.

A bunch of eel on a stick, precisely as advertised. We got the big triple skewer for ¥1000, which seems reasonable based on other eel places nearby. Good amount of eel sauce and cooked well, it scratches one’s eel itch admirably without trying to get fancy.

Overall, the Unagi Skewer was good. Other than that the scallops was too salty and the Eel Liver taste weird. Only recommend to try the Unagi Skewer.
