Uni's dessert course is scheduled to be held once every two months. I was able to go for the first time.
A classic course with the 4th batter dessert. It's becoming more and more delicate.

Regular visits to Uni,
I can't make any reservations anymore, and now I only visit twice a year... which makes me a little sad.

The food was always delicious and I was very satisfied.
In particular, the caviar and milt cappellini and lily bulbs were beyond my imagination.

I'm looking forward to next year.

I've been coming back ever since I went for the first time.

A restaurant run by a chef from Sugabo.

Food, service, atmosphere, direction, store design, cleanliness, etc.
It's so perfect that there's no end to it.

For those who have never been there
I want you to go and try it anyway.
At that time, I think you will definitely want to make a reservation next time.
