Very unique and tasty tori paitan ramen with a variety of toppings.
This place focuses on a creamy chicken broth, and the deluxe one comes with a ton of toppings that let you enjoy many flavors as you eat. First is the dried onions and bacon bits which mix in with the soup and noodles for more savoriness. The poached egg is cooked to perfection. The meat wrapped asparagus is very tasty. There's a piece of broccoli, its just broccoli. The deluxe bowl has two types of chashu, one is a smoked duck (or maybe its sous vide?) which is very tender and flavorful. The other chashu is a thinly sliced pork which is very savory and delicious.

Very good ramen, different than all others. Two choices, black and white. definitelly worth the visit. I recommend also to ask homemade garlic butter as extra. The owner also is super friendly and speaks english very well. will come back for sure
